It is hard to believe that Don Froehlich has only been volunteering with us for six months. In that short time, he has become a beloved member of our volunteer community. He isn't afraid to roll up his sleeves and help with anything or jump in at the last minute when we need someone to fill in.

We asked Don why he volunteers at the Pantry, and Don said, "I love the experience of helping people. It’s so rewarding. I very much enjoy being part of such a great team." We aren't a bit surprised to hear that. The love for the work he does and the community he serves shines through.

Don first joined us as a substitute volunteer because there were no regular roles at that time, but when a driver position opened up, he didn't hesitate. He is now a regular member of the volunteer team.

We thank Don for all of his hard work and positive attitude. We are so grateful to have him as part of the West Valley Food Pantry community.
