This month, we’re shining the spotlight on Mark Tracht, a longtime volunteer who brings energy, kindness, and a great sense of humor to the West Valley Food Pantry. Mark has taken on many different roles at the Pantry and has stepped in to fill volunteer openings more times than we can count. Whether we need an extra set of hands, someone to move something heavy, or simply a friendly face to brighten the day, Mark is always ready to help.

Known affectionately as our resident strong man volunteer, Mark is never afraid to put his strength to work, but it’s his generous spirit and willingness to pitch in that make him such a valued member of our volunteer team. We’re grateful for the countless ways Mark supports our clients, staff, and fellow volunteers. Thank you, Mark, for always showing up and helping us make sure our neighbors have what they need!
